Beef Steak Salad With Lemon Flavor In 5 Minutes

Beef steak salad with freshing lemon sauce only takes you 5 minutes to prepare.

Time spent : 5 minutes


200-300g Beef (for steak)
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Black pepper as needed
1/2 Stalk Celery
2 Bags Baby leaf
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 Teaspoon Honey
Salt and pepper as needed


Step 1
  • Cut beef into pieces that are easy to eat, then season with a little bit salt.
  • Pour cooking oil in a frying pan.
  • Arrange the beef on the frying pan then fry over medium high heat about 1 minutes per side.
  • Remove from heat.

  • Remove skin of celery, chop into 1 cm pieces.
  • Wash baby leaf, drain well.
  • Mix chopped celery, baby leaf with beef of Step 1 lightly in a bowl.

  • Heat the frying pan over medium heat and fry the chicken thigh in 2 minutes.
  • Add green pepper and onion, and keep stiring

  • In a smaller bowl, mix ingredient of <For lemon sauce> well.
  • Pour the sauce in the bowl of Step 2, mix lightly.
  • Serve the salad on a plate to finish.
