Caesar Salad

Popular and my favourite caesar salad.

INGREDIENTS (FOR 2 SERVINGS)

2 Eggs
1/2 Tomato
1/2 Cucumber
Lettuce as needed
1/4 slide Bread
Caesar salad dressing as needed
150ml Water

INSTRUCTIONS


Step 1
  • Cut tomato, cucumber into 5mm cubes.
  • Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces.
  • Cut bread into 1cm cubes, then toast in advance.

Step 2
  • Break 2 eggs in 2 heat resistant cups with 150ml water inside.
  • Gently puncture the egg yolk with a wooden skewer (2-3 times)

Step 3
  • Cook in microwave 1 minutes for each cup.
  • If it is not cooked enough, cook more 10 seconds.
  • After cooked, remove the water in cups.

Step 4
  • Add lettuce, egg inside a dish.
  • Sprinkle toasted bread on top.
  • Season with Caesar salad dressing.

Tips : I used 600W microwave.
