Fried Chicken With Lemon Butter Sauce


Try another combination of fried chicken thigh and lemon butter sauce.

INGREDIENTS (FOR 2 SERVINGS)

1 Big Chicken Thigh
2 Teaspoons Wheat Flour
4 Broccoli Florets
4 Cherry Tomatoes
Salt Pepper as needed
Olive Oil as needed
<For lemon butter sauce>
1 Tablespoons Lemon juice
20g Butter

INSTRUCTIONS


Preparation :
  • Remove fat from chicken thigh, then cut in half. (do not remove the skin)
  • Use knife to slice lightly inside thick parts of chicken thigh.
  • Then, sprinkle with salt pepper, and flour.
  • Boil broccoli then put aside.

Step 1
  • Pour olive oil in a frying pan.
  • Arrange the back of chicken thigh on the frying pan.
  • Cover chicken with aluminum foil and press with a heavy stone (or something heavy enough such as a water pot)

Step 2
  • Fry chicken at medium heat, until the chicken skin turns golden brown.
  • Turn over the meat side until it is burnt lightly.
  • Cut fried chicken into pieces that are easy to eat.
  • Serve chicken on a plate, arrange with boiled broccoli and cherry tomatoes.

  • Add ingredients of <Lemon butter sauce> in the frying pan of Step 2.
  • Heat until the sauce boils.
  • Pour the lemon butter sauce on the plate of chicken above.
  • Put lemon slide on top to finish.
