Fried Shrimp With Egg

An easy and perfect combination of fried shrimp and egg, flavored with garlic.

5 shrimps
Salt as needed
1.5 tablespoons Olive oil
1 Garlic glove (chopped)
Ketchup as needed
<For egg mixture>
2 Eggs (beaten)
2 tablespoons Milk
1 tablespoon Cheese (powder)
1/2 tablespoon Sugar
Salt as needed
Dry pasley as needed


Step 1
  • Remove the shell and the dirt of the tail off the shrimps.
  • Wash the shrimps and drain well for 2-3 minutes, then season with a little bit salt.
  • Mix the ingredients of egg mixture and put aside.

  • Heat olive oil in a small frying pan at medium heat.
  • Stir-fry the shrimps of Step 1 for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add garlic, stir-fry for 30 seconds.

  • Add the egg mixture of Step 1 when the flavor of garlic becomes strong.
  • Mix eggs with shrimps evenly and fast.
  • When one side turns golden brown (after 1-2 minutes), turn it over.
  • Remove from heat when 2 sides are ready to serve.
  • Serve on a plate and add ketchup.
