Healthy Mix Salad

This mix salad recipe with home-made french dressing definitely will fresh your meal.

Time spent : 40 minutes (refrigeration time is not included)

INGREDIENTS (FOR 2 SERVINGS)

For French dressing :
100ml Salad oil
50ml Apple cider vinegar
1/2-1 teaspoon Salt
A little bit pepper
2 teaspoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Mustard
For mix salad :
2 Potatoes
1 boilt egg
1/2-1 Tomato
1/2 Cucumber
2 Lettuce leaves for salad
4 tablespoons French dressing

INSTRUCTIONS


Prepare French dressing :
Put ingredients (but Salad oil) for French dressing into a bowl.
Use a balloon whisk to whisk sugar and salt together until they melt.
Mix with a little bit Salad oil then stir again, repeat until you use up Salad oil.

Finish when they turn cloudy and sticky,then put the liquid in refrigerator.

Step 1 : Put potatoes in a small pot, pour water to just cover potatoes then boil at high heat. Keep boiling at low heat until they become soft enough to peel off the skin. Peel off the skin, cut into pieces.

Step 2 : Place cut potatoes of Step 2 into a thick plastic bag. Add 2 tablespoons of French dressing, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Step 3 : Cut boilt egg in half. Cut tomato in 4 pieces. Remove 2 ends of cucumber then slice it obliquely. Cut lettuce leaves into a size easy to eat.

Step 4 : Place vegetables of Step 3 on a plate. Mix with potatoes of Step 2. Pour 2 tablespoons of French dressing to finish.

Tips
  • Before Step 3, refrigerating vegetables and boilt egg will make salad much more delicious.
  • If you have French dressing already, you pass Step 1.
