Lemon Chicken Thighs

New experience of chicken thighs with freshing lemon flavor.

INGREDIENTS (FOR 2 SERVINGS)

1 big chicken thigh
2 slides Lemon
Dry parsley as needed
Baby leaf as needed
<For lemon sauce>
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Sake (cooking wine)
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Bouillon granule
1 teaspoon Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
Pepper as needed

INSTRUCTIONS


Step 1
  • Remove fat from chicken thigh, then cut in half. (do not remove the skin)
  • Use knife to slice lightly inside thick parts of chicken thigh to make it easy to marinate and fry later.
  • Put Ingredients for lemon sauce and chicken thigh inside a plastic bag, mix well.

Step 2
  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat and saute the skin side of chicken thigh until golden brown.
  • Turn over and use a spatula to press the meat until the other side turns golden brown as well.

Step 3
  • Serve chicken of Step 2 on plate, add baby leaf, lemon slices.
  • Sprinkle dry parsley (and pepper as needed) to finish.

Tips :
  • Arrange the chicken in the frying pan before heating.
  • Stab the chicken with a bamboo stick, if transparent juice comes out, that means the chicken is ready to serve.
