Tandoori Chicken

Tandoori chicken is a popular disk comes from Indian subcontinent. I find it quite easy to cook.

Time spent : 25 minutes


1 slide Chicken thighs (300gr)
Parsley as needed
100g Plain yogurt
1.5 tablespoons Curry powder
2 teaspoons Paprika powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoons Salt
1 piece of Garlic (minced)
1 piece of Ginger (minced)


Preparation :
  • Cut chicken into 4 equal pieces.
  • Mix Ingredient of Marinade in a plastic bag.
  • Add chicken in the bag of Marinade, dip evenly then tighten the bag so that the air does not enter.
  • Put the bag in the refrigerator for over 1 hour to marinate them well.

  • Arrange marinated chicken on a grill, grill at medium heat in 10 minutes until they turns golden brown.
  • Serve a dish, add parsley on top to finish.

Tips :
  • Paprika powder is only used to make color, it is not spicy, so you can pass if you have.
  • You can use aluminum foil to avoid burning chicken.
